    Executive & Life Coach

Here to help you get clear on what you really want—and actually build it.

  • Coaching for What's Next

What would be possible if you got really clear on what you wanted - and started building your life around it?

Hi! I’m Lia. I’m an executive and life coach who works with people to create visions for their lives and careers that thrill them — and then bring those visions to life.

I’m credentialed with the International Coaching Federation, certified in Meta Performance Coaching, and have more than 500 hours of coaching experience. But more importantly: I love this work.

I love conversations about what we really want. What might be possible. What we would create if we stopped assuming the future had to look like the past.

I offer 1:1 coaching for people who are ready for new results, a new experience of life, or — like me! — simply fascinated by exploring what is possible in our lives and within ourselves.

    1:1 Coaching

My coaching starts with a simple question:

    What do you really want?

Sometimes our work is about creating a vision that feels thrilling (and slightly impossible!).

Sometimes it’s about figuring out what comes next in your career, relationship, business, leadership, or life.

Sometimes you already know exactly what you want — and we need to create the strategy, courage, or accountability to make it happen.

And sometimes the most important work is noticing the assumptions, fears, or limiting beliefs silently shaping what you believe is possible.

My commitment is that you leave our conversations with greater clarity, power, and movement toward what matters most to you.

What you get working with me — in addition to years of coaching experience and training across multiple coaching approaches — is a fierce advocate for you.

Someone who will stand for your vision when you lose sight of it.

Someone who will challenge you when challenge is useful.

Someone who will celebrate with you.

And a human being genuinely fascinated by the question:

What else might be possible here?

    What Coaching Looks like:

Most of my clients work with me through three 45-minute coaching sessions each month over a three-, six-, or twelve-month engagement.

    Our work is highly individualized.

It is the opportunity to get extraordinarily clear about what you want, understand what is getting in the way, and begin creating it.

What would your life have to look like one year from now for you to be moved to tears of joy by it?

    About

    Hi! I’m Lia.

My path to coaching has been slightly unconventional. I studied bioengineering and began my career as an engineer, but a few years after college I discovered personal development and completely fell in love with coaching.

I began coaching leadership development programs through Landmark Education and later completed International Coaching Federation-accredited training through Erickson International. I earned my ICF credential in 2023 and continued my executive coach training with Novus Global, earning my Meta Performance Coaching Certification in 2024.

Today, I lead learning and development work in the life sciences industry and hold a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School. I’m endlessly fascinated by people — what motivates us, what holds us back, how we grow, and what becomes possible when we get really clear about what we want.

Coaching has profoundly shaped my own life, too. It has helped me challenge assumptions about what I’m capable of and pursue things that once felt slightly impossible — from completing an Ironman and biking from San Francisco to Los Angeles to building a career and life I’m genuinely excited about.

I coach because I love having conversations with people about what they really care about — and helping them turn those ideas into something real.

I’d be honored to have that conversation with you.
